Responsibilities include preparing compiled financial statements and participating in Audits and Reviews; executing a variety of financial procedures including month-end and year-end closings, accounts payable and receivable, tax returns, bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, payroll compliance.

Manager, Client Accounting ServicesAs Manager, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the Client Accounting Services department, leading staff to meet the firm’s expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement and goal accomplishment. Responsibilities include maintaining a professional, positive work environment and developing, coordinating and monitoring policies, procedures and productivity standards. You will also prepare, supervise and review clients' A/P, A/R, P/R, general ledger, month-end closing, account reconciliation, payroll and sales tax filings. Required skills are advanced QuickBooks, employment and sales tax law knowledge, intermediate Excel and Word, ability to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers and excellent verbal and written skills.
